Update on Tim Hargis Race to Cure Cholangiocarcinoma

The best word I have to describe yesterday is “WOW!”

It was amazing. By far one of the best days of my life. The atmosphere was incredible and uplifting. We had more walkers and runners than we ever imagined when we first started planning this day. We raised over $8000 for The Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation to help them continue their important work of raising awareness and finding a cure for bile duct cancer.

Here are the race results (updated). Congratulations to everyone, and thank you so much for coming out and supporting us. I hope you will keep the second Saturday of June 2013 open for our second annual race.

I want to thank all of our wonderful volunteers. Without all of you, this day would not have been possible. I love all of you and appreciate all you guys have done over the last few months. You will never know how much it means to all of us.

I also want to give a shout-out to all of Dad’s “guys” that came from all over to show their support. You are a wonderful group of men and it was a pleasure to meet you and your families. Thank you so much for being there for Dad and us.

Pictures will be coming later!
